Morning Prayers

Come, let us sing to the Lord, let us shout for joy to the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving and raise a loud shout to Him with psalms
– Psalms 95:1-2

Early in the morning I cry out to you, for in your word is my trust.
– Psalm 119:147

I put my trust in your mercy, my heart is joyful because of your saving help.
– Psalm 13:5

Yours are the heavens; the earth is also yours; you laid the foundations of the world and all that is in it.

Lord, I pray that your grace may always precede and follow me, that I may continually be given to good works; through Jesus Christ my Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, One God, now and forever.

Lord God, almighty and everlasting Father, you have brought me in safety to this new day: Preserve me wth your mighty power, that I may not fall into sin, nor be overcome by adversity; and in all I do direct me to the fulfilling of your purpose; through Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen
